The location was central, unbeatable to a giant shopping centre. The staff was thorough and nice can provide additional tips. The food was healthy, with plenty of options👍

New building and rooms with breakfast. The location excellent and favourable opposite a bus depot.

I appreciated the room with a very comfortable bed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was incredible, a lot of food.

Facilities were good, however Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

We find it great value in Upper Mount Gravatt. We spend 1 night in Upper Mount Gravatt lovely. It was so close to the shopping mall next door too and Brisbane central, perfect location overall. Furthermore, right next to a shopping centre. The staff there were excellent co-operating and efficient.

Disappointing aspect was a bit small bathroom.

The a double room I stayed in was air conditioned on level 3. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator in the room too. The accommodation had a central location close to shops and restaurants.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel - it was in such a convenient location, close to a large shopping center with lots of food options, and even within walking distance to the stadium! The service was top-notch, with friendly staff always willing to lend a hand. The room amenities, including an electric kettle and comfortable sitting area made us feel right at home. We also enjoyed taking advantage of the lovely garden area and free Wi-Fi.

I chose the hotel because of its' location... Close to the event I had to attend... From that point of view is was well located and close to a major local shopping centre and restaurants.The room was comfortable... So was the bed which I think is very important.Staff were very friendly and attentive.

I had no major problems... It delivered what I expected.

My son enjoyed the elevators but I enjoyed the peace there was no rowdy people staying there probably due to 24 hr staff we were very comfortable and slept well. The laundry facilities were a plus as had smelly futsal clothes to wash aand manged this in 1 hour. The staff were very approachable and friendly, very family oriented. I will be more than happy to stay there again and let my friends know.

The hotel waas very peaceful and proffessional and made staying there comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean aand fresh. All services were available and we were able to wind dowwn between ffutsaal games with ccomfort. The staff were very frienddly and helpful as well as down to earth. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was close to a major shopping centre, bus interchange, and major roads. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and efficient. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. The room was clean and comfortable. We had access to a microwave, which was helpful. We also appreciated having a queen-sized bed instead of two singles pushed together.

Everything was fantastic.
